Flowing Through Life: Letting Go of Control and Perfectionism, A Free Flow Wellness Retreat

October 15 @ 4:00 pm - October 17 @ 1:00 pm

Flowing Through Life: Letting Go of Control and Perfectionism, A Free Flow Wellness Retreat
led by Marg Janick-Grayston Tuesday, October 15 (4 pm) – Thursday, October 17 (1 pm) 2019

Many people tend to live out of the left side of the brain and look at life through a critical lens.
Creating dreamscapes with alcohol inks that flow and mingle into beautiful sunsets helps us to
loosen up, open our minds to a myriad of possibilities, be gentler with ourselves, and flow
through life with greater awe. In this retreat, held at Ancient Spirals near Saskatoon, you will be
guided through the process of dreamscaping, as well as consider methods developed by Byron
Katie, Dewitt Jones, and Alison Cook and Kimberly Miller to quiet the critical mind when it kicks
in. Register by October 1. Details can be found at: https://www.freeflowwellness.ca/retreats
