Annual Meeting

The 91st Annual Meeting of Saskatchewan Conference will be held in North Battleford at the Western Development Museum from Thursday, May 24 to Sunday, May 27, 2018.

New Format for Proposals to Saskatchewan Conference Annual Meeting
A decision has been made to use a new format for all proposals which are submitted for consideration at the 2018 annual meeting of Saskatchewan Conference. This same format will be used for proposals to be sent to the 2018 meeting of General Council as determined by the General Council (GC) 43 Agenda and Planning Committee.  Their reason for making the change was to encourage, where possible, the naming of an issue rather than a specific outline and thereby work to change the focus of proposals in general.
The Proposal Template as well as How to Prepare a Proposal and a couple of example proposals are now on the Conference website under Guidelines and Policies.
All of the proposals that come to our annual meeting are to be in this new format.
If you have any questions about this feel free to contact Bill Doyle at the Saskatchewan Conference Office or if you have questions about how to draft a specific Proposal please contact Andrew Hecker (  or Daryl Woods ( ) of the Proposals Task Group.
